Western Pacific Mutual Insurance Company, a Risk Retention Group (“WPMIC”) trading as RWC Insurance Advantage (“RIA”)* shares your concerns about privacy. We recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of non-public personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, financial information, and credit card information that may be provided by you or others on your behalf for any purpose related to insurance products underwritten by RIA. We are providing this notice to explain how we treat non-public personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information about you to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not share your information with persons, companies, or organizations, outside of the RIA, that would use the information to contact you about their products and services. We expect that persons or organizations that provide services on your behalf to keep your information confidential. We also expect those persons or organizations to use your information only to provide the services we have asked them to perform.

We will make non-public information available externally only as required by law, as required by a court of competent jurisdiction, and to RIA’s affiliated companies, underwriters, insurers, and reinsurers, and other parties that perform a business, professional, or insurance function for RIA.  We convey to our employees the need to protect your information.

We do not authorize the harvesting of email addresses of users of our website, or the accessing of email addresses listed on our website by anyone other than our insureds, agents, employees or authorized service providers for the purpose of transmitting commercial electronic messages.
